You'd be amazed how badly people get it wrong when apply to join a house share. We have been looking to find a couple of people to fill the last room in a really cool house is steratham that we have found.

And we have just been incredible shocked by some of the responses that we have got. The first thing that shocks me is the people demanding things, most people replies read like a wish list, they don't bother reading the ad they just demand you changede everything, even some poeple what you to slightly relocate the house (that just stupid).

The other thing they do is not bother to tell you anything about themselves. Just want to finding out viewing times. I think the main thing that most people don't realise is that in a house share not only are you going to haver to live in the house, but the other people are going to have to live with you.
Persently I'm tryign to compose a non insult but kind of soul destroying reply for them all.
